| Introduced inTokyo and Kanagawa from China in 1919. The species makes its habitatthroughout the year, and we hear its loud call pi pi quee from time to timein Asakawa River basin. However, since the species remains mainly inunderbush, it is rarely seen in the open. Male and Female are almost alike,but Male can be distinguished from Female with its spurs. | ||||
